Monthly Payment Structure
We operate on a flexible, contract-free basis with monthly billing. You may cancel your service at any time by
providing 30 days’ written notice. By enrolling, you agree to AMZ Support Terms and Conditions.

To ensure consistently high standards, the AMZ Support team participates in regular internal training, staying

Our flexible monthly service model allows you to discontinue at any time by providing the required notice
period, should you feel that our services are no longer aligned with your business needs.
Our services are billed on a monthly basis. Should you decide to discontinue, a minimum of 30 days’ notice is required prior to your next scheduled billing date.
Please be aware that monthly fees remain payable for each active billing period, irrespective of service usage.
Unused consultancy hours are non-refundable and cannot be carried forward.
